Accommodations and Layout
Sleeps seven, two staterooms, plus dinette berth, and sleeper sofa. Master State room is aft with head, full shower, and queen size bed. Master stateroom underwent complete remodel in 1994 including conversion to centerline queen, many drawers, cabinets, and closet. (Featured in July 1995 article in Lakeland Boating). New Interior upgrades in 2004. Guest stateroom is forward with three single beds and head. Main salon features custom leather loveseat pullout sleeper and two leather wing chairs. Ralph Lauren carpet throughout boat.
Galley features four person dinette, full size refrigerator, three burner electric stove, double sink, and ample storage space. Kitchen appliances all in great working order.
Includes hard aft enclosure, with custom-made mahogany wing doors, bench seat, custom leather loveseat, side chairs, and leather ottomans with end tables. Aft deck also includes custom mini blinds, icemaker, and sink. Extensive quality canvas work and zip-in screen to complete the enclosure. All in excellent condition.
Deck and Hull
Mahogany hull repainted in 2002. Mahogany toe rails and handrails in excellent condition and refinished in 2002. Teak decks in very good condition.
